Cancellation Policy
My time is valuable. The time allotted for your treatment I commit 100% to you. If you cannot attend your appointment, please give at least 12 hours notice, or the full fee will be charged.
This policy goes both ways. If I were to fail to honour an appointment with less than 12 hours notice, your next appointment would be free of charge.
You will receive an automated confirmation request/reminder by text and email 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
A special note about herb costs:
Please note that I no longer hold my own stock of herbs, or maintain my own on-site herbal dispensary. After consultation, when I have formulated a prescription, I will order the formula from a professional dispensing service. The herbs will then be dispatched by them directly to your address. This ensures freshness and quality of the stock, since they will have a much higher turnover. However, it also means I will not be able to provide you with herbs on the spot.
The cost of herbal prescriptions varies, depending on the specific ingredients and dosages in each. There is no fee for formulating/ordering herbal prescriptions if done within a consultation or treatment session. However, a fee will be charged at the standard hourly rate for any time spent formulating/ordering a prescription at other times outside of your appointment.
